I am a 26-year-old male scientist incoming to Mayo in Rochester and am looking for a place to stay. I plan on moving in mid-March as my start date is March 21st.

Peace and quiet are important to me, and I respect others’ needs for focused productivity and peaceful relaxation. I will be bringing no pets.

Things I’m looking for in a place to stay:
- A high quality community, preferably around a bunch of other Mayo Clinic people.
- A kitchen that can handle serious cooking
- A good amount of refrigerator space
- no pets (allergies)
- Rent $650 or under would be great
- Parking included or at a reasonable rate
- Included internet and Wi-Fi
- In-unit washer and dryer
- Within a reasonable distance to downtown
