Apartment in House (M24 Roommate) - Furnishing and Utilities Included

I'm Jack, a 24 year old male grad student in the immunology track at Mayo and I'm looking to rent a furnished top floor apartment in my house beginning on or after June 10th. There's a private living room, bedroom, and half bathroom upstairs, and a shared kitchen and shower on the main floor of the house. My bedroom and private living room are on the main floor. This is a great place for someone who likes living with roommates, but also likes having their own private space, too. Rent would be $750 per month (which includes utilities and furnishings for the space). My preference is to room with another student or young professional at Mayo. My house is located about a 7 minute drive from the clinic and is a block away from a bus stop that can take you straight downtown or to St. Mary's. It's on the Northeast side of town near Silver Lake Park.
