I have a private room with a private bathroom in a 2 bedroom 2.5 bathroom apartment. It’s connected to the skywalk and a 2 minute walk to Mayo downtown campus. Furnished apartment. $1000 a month, utilities included. We can do month by month basis as well.

Looking for a female only and who doesn’t drink or smoke or bring pork products into the house.
