New Grad RN moving to Rochester in July!
Hi everyone! My name is Amanda and I will be starting in the PICU as an RN in July in Rochester!
I am originally from the Minneapolis area but went to school in central Illinois so I’m looking to chat with some other new hires before starting so that there will be at least a few friendly faces (:
A little bit more about me, I swam for four years in college and am really big into rock climbing! I plan on joining the Roca climbing gym in Rochester so if anyone is also interested in that let me know and we can be climbing buddies! I’m also a big coffee shop girl so I’d love to go for coffee to meet some of you!

Hi Amanda! My name is Abbey and I'll be moving to Rochester late July as well. I'd love to chat before we both start so that I can also know some friendly faces. Also-- I swam in high school and off and on in college! Not nearly as much as you from what it sounds like, but I love lap swimming. I've also been wanting to try climbing!
