Hello - I might have an option that would work. I currently live in a 4 bedroom 2 bath house. Our lease is up May 31st, but could be restarted for a year on June 1st. Looking for two or three new roommates. Rent is $465 per person plus utilities split (usually about $100 per person.) We have a washer/dryer, lots of parking, a big deck.
