Hi! we are 2 researchers at Mayo and we are looking for a 2 bedroom apartment with in unit washer and drier and walking distance to Downtown campus starting on June. Our budget is $1400 if you know about something let me know. Thanks

Hello - I might have an option that would work. I currently live in a 4 bedroom 2 bath house. Our lease is up May 31st, but could be restarted for a year on June 1st. Looking for two or three new roommates. Rent is $465 per person plus utilities split (usually about $100 per person.) We have a washer/dryer, lots of parking, a big deck. We are a 15 min walking distance to St. Mary's, and then the intercampus shuttle that runs constantly can easily take you downtown. Let me know if you are interested. Jessie 619-403-1286.
