Recent grad looking for roommates
Moving to Rochester in July to work at the Mayo for a couple years as a researcher. Looking for 1-3 young roommates that want to share an apartment, or house. I do not have any pets but I have no problem if you do.
In particular I would love to rent a house in the Kutzky Park area because it is close to the Mayo, Downtown, and inexpensive from what I have seen (~$500 a month per room). However, anywhere near the Mayo works with me:)

Hi Ben, I'm Jack, a 24 year old male grad student in the immunology track at Mayo and I'm looking to rent a furnished top floor apartment in my house beginning on or after June 10th. There's a private living room, bedroom, and half bathroom upstairs, and a shared kitchen and shower on the main floor of the house. My bedroom and private living room are on the main floor. Hey! I have a room in a house with other 2 tennants 8 min walking to mayo downtown campus. $400 per month utilities included just need to split the payment of the wifi ($25 monthly). Available on June if you're interested
