Lived there for several months - it is a good short term solution. The management is great - if you plan to use the laundry facilities on site it can be a bit of challenge - not enough machines for the number of residents IMHO - but that is really my only complaint.

There were not any surprises as far as fees - they do a good job disclosing everything in the lease agreement.
