Looking for a 6 month lease in May- Rochester

Hello Everyone. My current lease will be up May 31st, I am looking for either a place for my dog and I to stay (looking to stay under $750/mo.,) or for a few folks to move into the great house I currently live in. A bit about me: I am a 35 y/o female, PICU RN. I am a clean, organized person, my dog is extremely friendly with people, and very chill, and quiet. I love to cook, hike, run, rock climb, and ride my bike. A bit about the house: A one year lease is required (I will only be here for 6 mo.) There are 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, great deck space, washer/dryer/dishwasher, lots of storage space. It is an easy 15 min walk to St. Mary's, close to Thesis brewing and Beetle's.
