Woodridge on Second-- Opinions? (Rochester)

Hello everyone! As I'm apartment hunting, I found a place called Woodridge on second. It looks really nice from what I've seen. I'm considering getting a 2 bedroom apartment and then finding a roommate to start around mid July or August 1st.

Has anybody heard if this apartment complex is good? Also would anyone be interested in leasing a 2 bedroom 2 bath with me? I posted a discussion earlier telling a little bit about myself. Or check out my bio if interested 🙂

P.S. I will have a dog; a lab mix named Oliver.
