Looking for potential roommate

Hi all, my name is Charlie and I’m 28 and a nurse at St. Mary’s. Work both days and nights. I like staying active, being outdoors and dislike paying a lot for rent..

I currently live in a 4 bedroom, 2 full bathroom home with a 2 car garage about 5 minutes from the west lot and about 8 minutes from St. Mary’s. Rent would be roughly $1000/month ($1750+ utilities).

Available would be the downstairs which is finished with carpet, full bathroom and separated bedroom and a living room sort of area.

My current roommate will be leaving the end of May so I’m looking for potential replacements for June. I can send information upon request
