One bedroom apartment- Rochester
I'm looking for a one bedroom apartment the beginning of June! Any recommendations for complex's under $1100/month? I'm a single woman with a small dog so I don't need luxury but I also don't know what to stay away from. Help! Please and thank you!

That's probably going to be a bit rough tbh. Everything in Rochester is pretty over priced and the prices keep increasing it seems. You could probably get something in Essex park for that price, but the area is a bit rough so it's going to depend on what your vibe is. I'm trying to sublease mine for $1295 total and this apartment is already up over $100 since I got it a year and a half ago. Are you gonna be working downtown or at SDSC? Since downtown apartments are going to be even crazier than mine.
