Looking for a private room or apartment

I am a new grad RN relocating to Rochester from Colorado and will be starting in June. I will be in the Emergency Department at St. Mary's and will be working some days and some nights. I am hoping to find a private room to rent or potentially a roommate in an apartment. I am super easy going, clean, and organized. I enjoy exploring new places, new foods, meeting dogs, and also relaxing. I am pretty nervous about starting as a new grad but excited to meet new people! Hey there, I’m Darrin. I’ll be moving from Colorado to Rochester as well and we’re gonna be starting in the same department. My start date isn’t until September 13 though.

I need my lease taken over on July 12th! It’s at the boulder apartment and townhomes! Love it here but I bought a house.
