I am putting an offer on a house and would move in July 12th. I am currently at the boulder apartment and townhomes.

I would recommend renting somewhere else if you can. They ask for 1,000 pet deposit and they will only let you break your lease which costs over 6,000. Waiting to see how much they take from my deposit. The staff here are great but the higher ups are money suckers.
