Hi,
I am moving to Rochester around the same time since I have to start my research at Mayo by June 6th. I would like to suggest the possibly renting a house together. I am planning to do a 1 year, but 6 months shouldn't be a deal breaker for me.

Please let me know if interested.
We are looking for some one to take over our lease from newly constructed (2021) The Pines complex from mid July 2022 to April 3rd 2023. It has shuttle to mayo. All groceries near by. Hyvee (walking distance)
