1 bed 1 bath for rent at my house!

I have a bedroom in the basement with a bathroom and living area(furnished). Please only bring furnishing for the bedroom. There is a private entrance to the basement as well. It'll be available August to end of May. $900 a month all utilities included, 10 min from Mayo, prefer girls only due to only me living there until May. It is on the NW side of Rochester close to the north, west and IMB lots. thanks for considering!

If this housing didn’t work out for you, I am rent king the loser level of my house, private BR, bath and living room. Upstairs kitchen and utility rooms shared with me, the home owner. A garage space is also available.

The property is in NW Rochester, a 10 drive to downtown, 6 miles. It’s the fully finished and furnished basement of my house. Private BR, bath and living room, $1000/month covers everything. Garage space includes. I have two dogs, so mush live dogs.
