Looking for a female roommate at a 2BR 2.5BA apartment.

I’m at Broadway Plaza which is right in the middle of downtown, it is connected to Mayo through the skywalk and has great amenities. You would get your own private room and private bathroom. I’m paying $1600+utilities so we’d just split that. It has a great view of the city and is right next to Mayo.
