Looking for apartment within walking distance to Mayo

Hi there! I’m a girl looking for a one bedroom apartment that’s less than a 15 min walk to Guggenheim building. Ideally anything $1200 and under for rent would be great. Thanks!

Hi, we have a unit at Riverwalk that we're hoping to re-rent that is about a 10 min walk to Gugg and downtown, but it's not in the price range you're hoping for.

To be honest, I think it's going to be very hard to find an apartment at $1200 or less. I think most apartments in this area are $1500+ for a 1BR. If proximity is a must, I would recommend getting a roommate in a 2BR unit. You might get lucky, but you'll probably have to re-adjust your expectations, sorry!

Try civic square apartments. I got a one bedroom there and its 1050 (almost 1200 with utilities) and a 10 min walk from guggenheim
