(I commented this below but just want to make sure you got this info too!) I had the same issue but a friend told me to call someone in the Board's office named May. Her number is (612)317-3091. She got everything through for me and I got my ATT the same day!
I am also feeling better knowing that I am not the only one waiting for my ATT as well!
Same! From what I’ve heard MN has been really slow with out of state applications which sucks…hopefully we get it soon
