House sharing for cheaper rent

I am interested in gathering 3 or 4 people to rent together for 6 or 12 months a 3 or 4 bedroom house, since by doing that we can pay a cheaper rent by person when compared to individually renting a 1 bedroom. The cheaper and closest to mayo clinic rochester the better! Gather people first, find a home second, negotiate pricing with landlord third and move. Will be arriving at mayo in the next 2 months aprox.
