Rochester August Lease takeover-Walking distance to St Marys

My lease is until Nov. I bought a house and I plan to move out of my apartment by August. My 1 bed, 1 bath apartment is across the employee parking. So no need to worry during winter. The complex is complete with amenities: heated garage, gym, pool, in-unit laundry. The apartment is a walk away to Cascade lake. I love this apartment. If I could buy it, I probably will never leave.
