I have a spacious one bedroom apartment with a den (great office space or a guest bedroom). It’s 981 square feet, right across from St Mary’s with great amenities (pool, gym roof top lounge etc.)

It’s $2000 per month plus utilizes and parking making it closer to $2250. No security deposit needed and I’m willing to negotiate on the rent a bit (give up to one month worth of rent free) I’m flexible with move dates, starting the month of August.
