Looking for someone to sublease my Pines apartment in Rochester, MN

I am looking for someone who would like to sublease my Spruce: 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment at the pines.
I have a top 3rd floor apartment, so you would not have anyone making noise from an apartment above you.
The rent per month would be $1,249. Internet is included.
The lease would last until March 14th of 2023 (03/14/2023).
I will pay the $300 fee (that the pines charges) of transferring over the lease in your name.
I will also make sure the apartment is completely clean before I move out!
The apartment complex is very nice, and they allow two dogs of any size (no weight restrictions) for a fee every month.
