Hello! We have a house with an available room. It’s a 4 bd, 1.5 bath, and there are three others (2 nurses, 1PCA.) it’s within walking distance of St.Mary’s, takes me 15-20 min to walk each day. Rent is inexpensive $484/per person per month if there are 4 renters. Utilities are about $100 per person per month. We have tons of storage, a nice deck, quiet neighborhood.
