Available a townhome at the end of September

Hi all,
Because I'll leave Jacksonville I have to terminate early my rental agreement. So I need to find a tenant for new one-year contract. The house will be available at the end of this September, the rent is $2300. The house is a 2-story townhome with 3 bdr., 2 bth. Also it has a laundry unit (washer and dryer) and an attached garage for two cars. There is a pool in the gated community. It is at the gate parkway location (10-12 min far to Mayo) and near the Sn. An update on rental price, it is now $2100/mo for one year after discussing with the owner.
I'm also selling my car. It is a 2018 Ford Edge Titanium at 80K miles, the car is at 80K miles, w/ a panoramic sunroof, w/o any accident, and all parts work properly. The price is $24K.
