where are you all travelling from? I would suggest carpool except we are probably all spread out.

No caffeine after midnight! Even though you may see half your coworkers consuming it, lot’s of water , healthier lunch options like pasta, salad, etc and not the heavy stuff like fast food, and lastly lots and lots of snacks! Between the hours of 3am-5am your body will began to make an aweful shift but you will learn to get use to it which is why staying hydrated is important!

I mean in the article. I have never had a "bad time" since I havr been eating clean.

Oh this is just some of my recommendations for the overnighters. But you should definitely do whatever it is that works for you. I’ve been a PCT for 6 years and this is just advise based off of what I have experienced. If you are new to working overnights your body will most definitely struggle a little at first 😂 because we are technically supposed to be sleeping but you will learn your own routine.

Caffeine is a stimulant. If you consume it too close to your sleep time, it will mess it up. I like to look at this from a different angle. I think the late shift time is really about adjusting to being active for almost 10-12 hours and learning to adjust.
