Large room with a big walk-in closet available in a 3 bedroom unit at Quarry Ridge Apartments on September 1st. $600-650 per month once utilities are included. Amenities include a fitness center, pool/hot tub, ample parking in a private lot, underground garage space, and washer/dryer in unit.
There is a free shuttle to Mayo as well. It’s about a 5 minute drive or 15 minute walk to Saint Mary’s.
The area is convenient and quiet. The apartment overlooks the water and there’s a great balcony! Pets are welcome with additional pet rent.

$600 monthly payment could push my budget as a student. If I can offer $500 and plus doing house cleaning, etc at the house, can there be a room for negotiation? Thanks for your consideration in advance.
Unfortunately the amount can’t be lessened because the current roommates wouldn’t be able to cover the difference, I’m sorry!
