Rental townhome available in September and Car selling

Because I'll leave Jacksonville I have to terminate early my rental agreement. So I need to find a tenant for a new one-year contract. The house will be available at the end of this September, the rent is $2100. The house is a 2-story townhome with 3 bdr., 2 bth. Also, it has a laundry unit (washer and dryer) and an attached garage for two cars. There is a pool in the gated community. It is at the gate parkway location (10-12 min far from Mayo) and near the Sn. Johns town center.
I'm also selling my car. It is a 2018 Ford Edge Titanium at 80K miles, the car is at 80K miles, w/ a panoramic sunroof, w/o any accident, and all parts work properly. The price is $24K.
