Lookin for a place to rent, Rochester

Hi, I'm starting an RTP position at mayo clinic, Rochester from August, and I'm looking for a place to rent within walking distance of Mayo Clinic, and am open to sharing with other females. Let me know if you have anything available.

Are you still looking for a place? I found a 2bd, 1 bath apartment at Residence @ Discovery Square that's a 10 minute walk to Methodist downtown campus and a 15 min walk+bus ride to St. Mary's. The rent is $1400 total, the place is furnished, offers a 6, 9, or 12 month lease, and it's about $75 for utilities + extra for electricity, renter's insurance, and gas.
