Bedroom available for short term rent

Hi there,

I live in a 2 bedroom/1.5 bath townhome in SE Rochester. I am looking for a potential roommate to help with the cost. The room is six minutes from Mayo Clinic downtown. The ideal roommate would be quiet, respectful, and someone who is only needing a place to stay for 1-2 months. I do own three cats as well. Cost is $550 a month plus utilities.

Hi! This is Dr Abdullah I am a research Trainee at Dr Terry Burns Lab, i needed a place for a short term basis for a month until i can figure out a permanent place i will be arriving around 2nd September. If you’ll feel comfortable keeping me that would be great. I do have cats myself so i can live with cats. Thank you
