Looking for female roommate until end of November

Looking for a female roommate. My lease ends at the end of November! I’m okay with short term stays as well.

I’m at Broadway Plaza which is right in the middle of downtown. You would get your own room and bathroom. I’m paying $1600+utilities so we’d just split that.

Looking for someone who doesn’t smoke or drink.
