I’m on the hunt for a 2-bed/2-bath apt to split with someone (preferably females) in Jacksonville. My current lease end up 11/30. So start lease date would be 12/1.

Hi, I am going to move at the end of November, My room will be empty. It is very nice furnished room with private Bath at house in very nice community in ponte Vedra beach, it is 15 min from Mayo clinic. the community has private pool and tennis court you can use for free. the owner is fixable with the lease duration starting form 2 months to one year or more.

I m Isabel. I am looking something quite similar to what you are describing, but I would need it for 14th September till 16november. Do you have info about renting a room like yours??maybe you have one similar in that house....
