Looking for a female to take over my lease!!!

My program ends and I'm looking for a female to take over my room in a 2bd/1bath apartment from October to February. The apartment is fully furnished with an in-unit washer and dryer. It's very close to St. Mary's hospital or to get a shuttle to Mayo Clinic Rochester Downtown(5mins walk). The rent per person is $700/month plus utilities. The person should be friendly, a Christian and clean. My roommate is super nice and very friendly. The apartment managers are very good, they always respond to you on time.
