Separate baths, garage space, private patio! Located in NW, 8m to Saint Mary’s! I’m 32, have a puppy named Maya. Looking for someone clean, organized, and respectful! I’m an extroverted introvert as they say – very social, but also value my alone time!

I’m open to other options in this general price range! I’m currently renting month to month so I’m also a bit flexible on moving dates.

Hi! I am looking for someone to take over my lease 😊

This would be perfect for someone looking to have a shorter lease (till July)! There are many amenities that come with the place; a two-car garage, spacious downstairs, a shared closet space and the room I have is huge! Not only that, but it’s also walking distance to numerous bus stops that go to Mayo. I used to work at the lab at Mayo and it’s a five-minute drive!

Rent is $795 every month and the utilities are around or less than $100. There are no pets allowed.
