I work in nursing orientation in Rochester - for all new nurses, they want you to wear your scrubs. If they haven't changed the procedure recently, you will have your pic taken that day and it's with you all day for 5 years! It's on your badge, and every email you send or receive. I didn't know this when I started and I have a horrid pic that I have to live with for 6 more months!
