Cheapish Apartments near Mayo

Hey! I am moving to Rochester in February and I am in the middle of looking for an apartment. Does anyone know of one bedroom apartments within 30min of the hospital that are $1000-$1200? All of the ones downtown are extremely expensive and I am wondering if there are nice areas surrounding downtown that offer better prices?
