Female looking for room to rent in Jax

Hi I am looking for a rental in Jacksonville. I will be traveling to Mayo in January and will be there until at least April. I am willing to spend up to $1000 per month. I will be working in the Operating Room and will have odd hours plus call; so I need to live close by. I will need privacy so I don't disturb you. I am a quiet person with no pets, non smoker I would like to stay with someone like me. Please include pics of your housing. Thanks

Hey right now the price is 1100 to include everything (furnisher, wifi, all utilities and amenities to include pool, gym, private washer and dryer. but I can negotiate some dollars of price, just need to be on the same page with you and speak with you first
