Hi,
I'm Hind, Research Fellow at Mayo. I'm looking for female roommate to share 2bed/2bath furnished Apartment, close to Mayo downtown with in walking distance and close to Skyway. The lease is 1 year starting from March 1st.
The total rent of the Apartment is 1500 $ include all utilities. So, each one will pay 750$.

Hi Hind! I am Gaia, an Italian doctor and will start my research appointment at Mayo in March, but I think I will stay 4-6 months and not one full year. Would it be ok for you? Is the house in a reasonable walking distance from the hospital too? Thank you!

Hello Gaia! I have a room available in March until May 31st! Rent would be $485 + utilities. The house is within walking distance to St. Mary's as well as easy access to the bus line. The other roommates are wonderful and Mayo employees too! Feel free to text me @ 5632717165!
