Furnished basement for rent

I am a nurse working at the St. Marys campus and have a furnished basement for rent. This includes private bedroom, bathroom and living room. Shared kitchen, dining room and laundry room. Located in NE Rochester about 5 mins from downtown. Would be available beginning of March. Preferably looking for a female roommate. If interested for a more long term rental I would be interested in that as well. Here are a few photos of the house but if you want more information let me know 🙂 Rent would between $1,000-$1,200 depending on length of stay. I also have a fenced in back yard if you have a potty trained dog that would be staying with you!
