Looking for 2 furnished 2-bedroom apartment near Mayo in Jacksonville
Dear friends and colleagues,
a friend of mine and I will be coming over to the Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville as temporary research assistants (starting at the end of February!) and are still looking for an affordable furnished 2-bedroom apartment. Would be superb if it's close to Mayo Clinic!
Any help and/or tips are greatly appreciated 🙂

Ok The painters are here cause I wanted to paint the walls. Can you come Friday or Saturday.
Also there is a 2 bedroom suite with a bathroom in between which might suit your needs. French doors off of one of the bedrooms to the back yard.

1 ReactionAlso I was going to charge$1499 for the 1 bedroom and could give you a deal of $1600 for the 2 bedroom suite you could split plus utilities. Is this within your budget?

How about in the early afternoon. 2pm? There is a security gate with a live security person so I will put your name Max Fromaustria plus 1 on the list. Or if your name is different, please send over the correct spelling for you and your friend. They ask for a driver licenses for entry of driver and mayo Id for non driver. Also we are still painting so it is a bit upside down here for another week.

Also I forgot to mention there is a sports park down the street for residents with basketball court, baseball field, swings, barbeque cook out area and restrooms. Plus a pool the other way at the club house. Also if you want to go month by month that is fine. And I will reconnect the garage doors and you could put your car in there. Talk to you later. Thanks
