Room for rent in Rochester with female roomate

Hi, I have a room for rent in my house (a spacious 3 bed 1 bath) available starting now, in SE a 15 min walk to downtown rochester sharing with me, a female roommate in late 20s, 900$ a month. Length of stay negotiable, I am happy to help out a newbie if they need somewhere to stay just for a few weeks or months

There are 3 bedrooms but one is an office so you would just be sharing with me
