Roommate Needed

I have a non-mayo friend who is looking for a roommate. She’s 23 and lives in a 2-bedroom apartment at The Pines. The rent is around $750 a month. This also includes water, sewer, trash, recycling, WIFI, and parking. There is one covered parking spot and a parking lot right in front of the building. The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a living room, kitchen, and a balcony. She is looking for someone to move in within the first two weeks of April and the lease is 10-months but can be extended. Let me know if you’re interested!
