Looking for accommodation at Rochester, MN

I am Riddhi Moradiya and I am looking forward to lease/ sub-lease an apartment near Mayo clinic from May 2023 onwards. Please let me know if anyone has any leads for 1 bedroom or 2 bedrooms (sharing).

I am looking for a studio type of apartment near Mayo Clinic Rochester MN for rent around $600 including utilities. I am starting my position at Mayo next week.

I'm trying to sublet my 2 bedroom apartment. 1 mile from the downtown campus and 1/2 mile from the nearest park and ride location. Rent is $850 a month with snow removal and lawn care included. Tenant pays heat, electricity, and Internet. Spectrum and metronet connections are already installed
