Hi! I have 2 room openings, one open now & one opening in May as current roommates are leaving the area. The apartment is a 3br/2ba at Eastwood Ridge. Rent split comes to $565 or $635/mo depending on the room (Shared bath vs Master bedroom w/private bath+walk-in closet) plus utilities (12mo average split is ~$70/mo).
