Looking for Housemate - Private Apartment/Suite - Available June 2023

Hello! My name is Jack (he/him/his) and I am a current Ph.D. student in immunology at the Rochester campus. I'm looking to rent a furnished suite in my house beginning on or after June 1st, 2023. Rent would be $775/month, which includes utilties.

The suite is furnished with a full bed, sofa, desk, TV, and other basic furnishings. The suite has a private sitting room/office, bedroom, and bathroom, with a kitchen/shower we'd share on the main floor of the house. There's also another shared sitting area/laundry facilities/shower in the basement of the house. The house is in the northeast part of town, a block from a bus stop, and a 5-7 minute drive from campus.

This is a great house for a student or young professional looking for a quiet living arrangement where you have private space at a reasonable cost. You'd be sharing the house with one other person (me).
