I'm an incoming PhD student and I'm looking for a female roommate in Jax to rent an apartment or house with from July 1st for a year.

Hi here is some info on my house available to Mayo students and Mayo employees
Bed room downstairs, showing, $1300 a month and 1 months security all inclusive with double bed, private bath and shower towels and hair dryer, walk in closet, work study room, private TV, wifi or cable internet, separate entrance, parking, kitchen, large patio with furniture and cookout. Golf, Tennis and Pool extra. The community is Jacksonville Golf & Country Club and the map shows you it is close to the Mayo Jax campus at 4500 San Pablo Road. Let me know. thanks
