The house is only a 7 min walk to Rochester Mayo (St Mary's campus and the shuttle to Methodist). It has plenty of storage, off street parking, and is laid out to essentially have 2 separate units.

We've been here for two years and it's the perfect place to rent while working in Rochester. Current lease ends June 30th. New renters would have the option to extend. Available now.
