Roommates Wanted for Spacious House - Walking Distance to Mayo $500

Hey all, I'm looking into moving out of my current house. There are a few places I'm looking into - my favorite by far is spacious 4 BR with a large backyard, a sunroom perfect for reading / studying, and is a 7 minute walk to St. Mary's (has a free shuttle to downtown Mayo that runs every 10 minutes or so). It's available immediately but if you're coming to Rochester at any point in the next few months we can work something out. A bit about me: I'm a Cell Biology major at Winona State working at Mayo as a PCA on a Cardiac Surgery ICU. I have a well behaved dog, Odo. I'm perfectly fine living with either gender.
