Hello, we are 2 roomies,working as research trainees at mayo looking for a third girl to sublease the apartment from june 1st. Apartment is 10 min walk to downtown or mayo clinic, very close to local transport system. Please let me know if you have any queries.

Morning...would this be a short or long term lease? How much are you asking? I'd be interested in long term as I start mid-May at St. Mary's.
