I am looking for a tidy, respectful female roommate or 2. I have a great house less than a mile from Mayo Clinic. Bus line is also right around the corner too. Home is super clean and bright. Furnished with brand new beds, linens, pillows (you could bring your own bed if you prefer too!). Although I adore animals, I can’t have pets and absolutely no smoking. $900/month includes utilities and on-site laundry. There is also a covered porch to enjoy your morning coffee or relax after a busy day at work. I am rarely home as I care for a family member and spend free time with them.
